Flat bottom pouches are side-gusseted with five main panels and offer good product stability and shelf appeal. With additional options such as multiple webs, re-closure systems and an easy carry handle, recyclable flat bottom pouches are suitable for products with a weight of 150 g to 10 kg.
Side Gusseted Quadro Pouches
Side Gusseted Quadro Pouches offer four sides sealing on two side gussets, whereas side gusseted pouches are sealed just on the centre.
Gussets on the side of a pack enable it to be displayed vertically or horizontally on the shelf.
The gussets provide extra capacity by allowing sides to expand when filled with product and the weight of the product keeps the pouch upright.
Quadro bags can be preferred for packaging large and bulkier items as sealing on all sides gives extra support and strength to the pouch.
