2024 through the eyes of Adam Barnett, CEO

As 2024 draws to a close, I can reflect on a year of tremendous success in many different ways at Korozo Group.

Since stepping into the role of CEO in the spring of this year, I’ve been privileged to immerse myself in all that Korozo has stood for over the last five decades – commitment, quality, and partnership – and embrace all that the future holds: sustainability, innovation, and growth.

This year we’ve been proud to help customers worldwide transition their packaging to circular and sustainable solutions. Our high-end manufacturing footprint has enabled us to produce, print and convert films and flexibles into premium, highly functional solutions designed to be recycled. Many of these solutions have not only met the highest standards but also set the bar for the industry – earning awards and showcasing what’s truly possible.

None of this would have been achievable without our incredible people. The Korozo family is integral to everything we do, and we take great pride in fostering a culture of belonging. This sense of purpose and professional pride resonates with our customers, strengthening valuable partnerships throughout the value chain.

I am particularly proud of how deeply ingrained diversity, equality, and inclusion is within Korozo. This is a fantastic place to work, welcoming people from all backgrounds to build successful careers in the packaging industry. The representation of women in management positions here is a shining example of what the industry should aspire to.

While this year has not been without its challenges, I’m delighted that we’ve tackled them head on. We’ve undertaken major reviews and implemented new procedures and processes to prioritise operational efficiency and deliver success at every turn.

Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be another year of opportunity, growth, and success. While challenges will undoubtedly arise, with our exceptional team, innovative solutions, and immense potential, Korozo is ready to serve our customers and continue delivering sustainability, pack by pack.
